Hiraiwa Construction Co., Ltd. is a general construction company that builds essential structures such as public facilities, commercial buildings, office buildings, and residential housing. By designing and constructing buildings that offer safe and comfortable spaces, we support the infrastructure of society. We also respond to evolving needs such as earthquake resistance and barrier-free accessibility. ■ What type of company is it? We are a stable mid-sized company based in Saitama Prefecture, with over 70 years of history. We place importance on being rooted in the local community while steadily building up our technical expertise and trust. At the same time, our company fosters a culture where young employees are encouraged to take on challenges. Many of our younger staff are entrusted with large-scale projects early in their careers, providing an environment where they can experience real growth. Moreover, we do not confine ourselves to being a “traditional regional general contractor.” We continuously evolve, embracing new challenges such as overseas expansion, entry into new business areas, and proactive workplace reform. ■ Where can you work? Our headquarters is located in Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture. Most of our construction projects are based in the Kanto area, primarily in Saitama and Tokyo. ■ Who can apply? We are currently recruiting students who are expected to graduate in 2026 or 2027. ■ Mission: What is the company’s purpose? Looking at things from the customer’s perspective—even more than the customer does. We don’t consider the person placing the construction order to be our only "customer."
