【Job Description】
Working under our clients—which include developers and major "super general contractors"—you will manage the construction of scaffolding, earthworks, and concrete framing.
[Specific Duties]
- Core Management: Oversee quality control, safety, project schedules, and costs.
- Client Communication: Coordinate with prime contractors (reporting progress, gathering requests, negotiating pricing, etc.).
- Site Supervision: Select partner subcontractors, assign tasks, and supervise on-site work.

- Currently attending a Japanese university and expected to graduate by March 2027 (Students holding a "Designated Activities" visa for job hunting are also welcome to apply).
- JLPT N3 equivalent or above (Since business is conducted in Japanese, reading and conversational skills are required).
- All majors welcome (No restrictions on humanities or science backgrounds).

- Monthly Base: ¥273,400 (university & 4-year vocational graduates).
*Includes 30 hrs fixed overtime pay (¥52,200)
- Salary Increase: Once a year (May)
- Bonuses: Twice a year (Last year's record: 6 months' equivalent!)

👷 A Day in the Life of a Construction Manager (On-Site)
- 08:00–08:30: Arrive at work, morning assembly, and new worker orientation.
- 08:30–12:00: Site patrol and meetings with partner subcontractors.
- 12:00–13:00: Lunch break.
- 13:00–16:30: Afternoon assembly, taking progress photos, and desk work.
- 16:30–17:00: Final site patrol, security check, and end of the workday.
