【Job Description】
As a site supervisor for reinforced concrete and steel-frame buildings, your responsibilities include:
- Being stationed at the construction site, managing quality, safety, progress, and costs
- Communicating with clients and local residents (reporting progress, listening to feedback)
- Selecting subcontractors and instructing/supervising their work

Application Requirements
- Must be enrolled at a university in Japan and scheduled to graduate by March 2027 (Students with a "Designated Activities" visa for job hunting are also eligible)
- Japanese language ability equivalent to JLPT N3 or higher (Work is conducted in Japanese; reading and conversation skills required)

What You'll Do as a Construction Manager:
- Plan the construction schedule
- Decide on construction methods and procedures
- Coordinate with partner companies to secure workers
- Direct workers on how to carry out the job
A Day in the Life (Site Office Workday)
・08:00~08:30 Arrive at work, morning meeting, safety orientation for new workers
・08:30~12:00 On-site inspections, meetings with subcontractors
・12:00~13:00 Lunch break
・13:00~16:30 Afternoon meeting, take progress photos, office work
・16:30~17:00 Final site check, ensure everything is locked up, finish work
