🌏Work Environment where Multinational Engineers Thrive
Currently at Hilate Engineering, about 80-90 out of approximately 470 employees (about 18-19%) are foreign nationals, and members from 13 countries, including Japan, are actively working as engineers. Among the 23 new graduates who joined this year, about half are international students, showing the company's long-term commitment to hiring and nurturing foreign employees.
The majority of foreign employees come from Thailand, with a diverse range of nationalities from Southeast Asian countries such as China, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines also on board. Hiring from Thailand has a 15-year history, and direct recruitment through participation in local university job fairs is ongoing.

📝Japanese Language Proficiency
The expected Japanese proficiency level is approximately JLPT N2.
However, an official JLPT certificate is not mandatory.

Applicants may still apply even without taking or passing the JLPT, as long as their practical communication skills are considered equivalent to the N2 level during the interview process.

The company also provides strong support after joining.
