Job title: Electrical and Electronic Design Engineer
As an Electrical and Electronic Design Engineer, you will design and develop electronic devices and control systems used in automobiles and industrial machinery. Your assignment will be determined based on your interests, skills, and previous experience.
■ Automotive Electronic Circuit Design
- Develop automotive electronic systems that support autonomous driving and advanced driver-assistance technologies.
- Your responsibilities include analog and digital circuit design, circuit simulation, PCB design, design verification, product evaluation, and testing. Products include millimeter-wave radar, image sensors, LED headlamps, human-machine interface (HMI) systems, and other next-generation automotive technologies.
■ Electrical & Control System Design for Industrial Machinery
- Design and develop electrical and control systems for industrial machinery used in factories and logistics centers.
- You will be involved in the entire development process, including specification planning, control system design, programming, functional testing, equipment commissioning, and customer handover. Your work will help ensure the safe and reliable operation of industrial equipment.
🔰 Through a three-month group training program at the headquarters, employees will acquire foundational business skills and basic technical knowledge.
In addition, specialized knowledge and practical skills will be carefully supported through one-on-one OJT (On-the-Job Training) with senior employees.

【Application requirements】
- Students currently enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027
OR expected to graduate by March 2028
- Applicants with a Designated Activities visa are also welcome.
- Japanese: Business-advanced level (JLPT N2 or above preferred)
- Able to work at the locations designated by our company
【Employment Conditions】
⏰ Working Hours
Standard Working Hours: 9:00 to 18:00 (8 hours of actual work)
Flextime System (Core Hours: 10:00 to 15:00)

◆ Annual Leave: 120 days
- Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)
- Long holidays (9 days for New Year, 6 days for Golden Week, 9 days for summer vacation)

💰Salary
【Basic Salary】
Bachelor's degree: 235,000 yen
Master's degree: 242,200 yen
Estimated annual income for the first year: 3.8 million yen * including overtime allowance for 20 hours
【Allowances】
Overtime allowance (100% payment for overtime worked on a minute-by-minute basis)
Commute allowance (up to 35,000 yen per month)
Housing allowance (30,000 yen per month)

Salary increase: Once a year
