Job title: Mechanical design engineer
- Automobile product design (interior/exterior parts, engine peripherals, structural design and 3D modeling of safety devices, etc.)
- Electronic devices (structural design and 3D modeling of household/commercial air conditioners, various evaluations, analyses, etc.)
- Industrial machinery (structural design and detailed design of various conveyors/car washers/machining equipment, etc.)
- Shipbuilding (consideration of piping routes in vessels, detailed piping design, iron-fitting design, etc.)
ð° Through a three-month group training program at the headquarters, employees will acquire foundational business skills and basic technical knowledge.
In addition, specialized knowledge and practical skills will be carefully supported through one-on-one OJT (On-the-Job Training) with senior employees.

- Students currently enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027
OR expected to graduate by March 2028

ãBasic Salaryã
Bachelor's degree: 235,000 yen
Master's degree: 242,200 yen
Estimated annual income for the first year: 3.8 million yen * including overtime allowance for 20 hours

Commute allowance (up to 35,000 yen per month)
