In the automotive and other manufacturing industries, we provide support for design and production preparation by helping clients answer questions like "How should we manufacture this product?" and "What machinery and equipment do we need?" We specialize in situations requiring advanced technical expertise, such as when developing new products or improving production lines. ■ Who: What type of company is it? Heartwork is an engineering collective that supports businesses through its technical capabilities. We cover a wide range of specialized fields including production engineering, mechanical design, electrical engineering, analysis, 3D modeling, and IT support. Each of our engineers brings their expertise directly to project sites, serving as "technical support specialists" that help solve manufacturing challenges for numerous production facilities. ■ Where: Where can you work? Heartwork is based in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, and primarily works at manufacturing sites including automotive-related companies. Depending on the project, we may also work at clients' factories or offices.
