As a equipment design engineer, you will be responsible for designing equipment and production machinery used in manufacturing facilities. This primarily involves mechanical design using 3D CAD software. The design process is conducted concurrently to contribute to improving manufacturing speed.
Main responsibilities:
- Designing machinery and equipment using 3D CAD
- Creating design drawings and models
- Collaboration with manufacturing processes and assembly information
- Assisting in meetings with customers for specifications confirmation
- Optimizing designs and proposing improvements

【Qualifications】
- Only students in scientific fields can apply.

【Salary, Promotion, Bonuses】
- Base salary: ¥210,000- (Engineering/technical positions)
- No overtime pay included
- Perfect attendance allowance: ¥10,000 (if no absences)
→ Monthly salary example: ¥220,000 (Base salary ¥210,000 + allowance ¥10,000)
- Pay Raise: Once a year (April)
- Bonuses: Twice a year (July and December), and a year-end performance bonus (October) for a total of three times
- Average for first year: Total of ¥300,000 (when paid three times)
- Average for second year: Equivalent to 3.5 to 6 months of base salary
【Working Hours, Holidays, and Leave】
• Working Hours: Standard hours are 9:00–18:00 (flex-time system, 8 hours of actual work per day).
• Holidays & Leave: Full five‑day workweek (Saturday and Sunday off), Golden Week, summer vacation, year-end/New Year holidays, paid leave, congratulatory/condolence leave, and special leave.
• Annual Holidays: 121 days (2025 record).
• You can also use long holidays such as Golden Week, summer break, or winter break to temporarily return to your home country!
