As an electrical control design engineer, you will be responsible for control design and electrical design tasks for industrial equipment. This job involves designing electrical circuits, PLC programs, and control systems to ensure that production equipment functions correctly.
Main Responsibilities:
- Designing electrical circuits (creating control panels and wiring diagrams)
- Designing and adjusting PLC control programs
- Formulating and verifying control specifications
- Supporting commissioning, adjustment, and implementation after design
📌 Examples of PLCs: OMRON, Mitsubishi Electric, KEYENCE, etc.
Design environment tools: Sysmac Studio, iQ Works, etc.

【Salary, Pay Raise, Bonus】
- Base Salary: 210,000 yen and up (for science/engineering positions)
- No overtime pay included
- Perfect Attendance Bonus: 10,000 yen (if no absences)
→ Monthly salary example: 220,000 yen (Base salary 210,000 yen + Bonus 10,000 yen)
- Pay Raise: Once a year (April)
- Bonus: Twice a year (July and December), Year-end bonus (October) for a total of 3 times
- First-year average: Total of 300,000 yen (if receiving all 3 bonuses)
- Second-year average: 3.5 to 6 months’ worth of base salary
【Working Hours, Holidays, Leave】
• Working Hours: Standard hours are 9:00–18:00 (flex-time system, 8 hours of actual work per day).
• Holidays & Leave: Full five‑day workweek (Saturday and Sunday off), Golden Week, summer vacation, year-end/New Year holidays, paid leave, congratulatory/condolence leave, and special leave.
• Annual Holidays: 121 days (2025 record).
• You can also use long holidays such as Golden Week, summer break, or winter break to temporarily return to your home country!
