【Recruitment Background】

This position is part of our "Job Offer Campaign," available exclusively to the first 40 participating companies.

As part of this special recruitment route, we aim to extend job offers by August 31 by increasing opportunities to connect with students and shortening the selection process.

【Job Responsibilities】
<Supporting Overseas Business>
You will be responsible for expanding overseas markets for Hayabusa's fishing products and managing sales activities with our international distributors.

*Specifically, you will:*
◆ Sales to Overseas Distributors & Retailers
Manage sales activities for overseas distributors and retailers.
Conduct online meetings and sales proposals.
Travel overseas once or twice a year and meet potential business partners at international fishing exhibitions.
Handle approximately 10–20 client accounts.
Provide ongoing after-sales support, including introducing new products and coordinating inventory and shipping.

◆ Product Planning Tailored to Each Market
Fishing styles and target fish species vary from country to country.
Using insights gathered from local markets and customer feedback during business meetings, you will help plan products that meet each market's needs. Working closely with the product development team, you will support the process from product planning to delivery.
◆ Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
◆ Share company and product information through events and social media.

Internal team meeting (schedule and progress updates)
Respond to customer emails and inquiries
Prepare proposal materials for new products and promotional campaigns
◆ Afternoon
Online meeting with overseas clients
Participate in product development meetings with the in-house development team
Prepare for the next day's tasks

【Application Requirements】

Currently enrolled at a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027
English: Business-advanced proficiency
Japanese: JLPT N2 or above
<Preferred Qualifications>
Valid driver's license (for commuting)
Applicants who enjoy fishing are welcome. (No prior knowledge or expertise in fishing is required.)

【Employment Details】

⏰ Working Hours
8:20 AM – 5:30 PM (70-minute break)
Average overtime: 10 hours or less per month
🧳 Work Location
・Head Office (Hyogo Prefecture)
・Overseas business trips are required (including Southeast Asia, Europe, South Korea, China, and the United States)
・No relocation/transfer
・Hybrid work is available (combination of office work and remote work)
💰 Salary
<Base Salary>
Bachelor's / Master's Degree: ¥241,000 per month
・Estimated starting salary for employees joining in 2026.
・This amount includes a fixed overtime allowance of ¥38,060 (equivalent to 25 hours). Any overtime exceeding 25 hours will be paid separately.

<Allowances>
Transportation expenses reimbursed up to ¥50,000 per month
Salary Review: Once a year (April)
Bonus: Twice a year (June and December)
