Hayabusa Co., Ltd. is an outdoor and lifestyle manufacturer operating across fishing tackle, sports apparel, and pet products. Founded in 1970 and headquartered in Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, the company has grown from its fishing roots into a multi-brand lifestyle company with a global manufacturing and sales network.

Fishing (Hayabusa brand) — For over 50 years, Hayabusa has developed trusted fishing products by combining advanced technology with extensive industry expertise. While the fishing population in Japan has declined in recent years, we continue to promote the appeal of fishing to new generations.
One of our initiatives is "Hayaka," a women's fishing community that introduces the enjoyment of fishing from a female perspective. We also operate "Hayabusa Kids," which encourages children to discover and enjoy fishing. Through these community activities, we strengthen our connection with users while growing the Hayabusa brand.
Sports apparel (FREEKNOT) — FREEKNOT develops functional apparel that allows people to enjoy fishing and outdoor activities comfortably in every season. By utilizing advanced performance fabrics, we create clothing that combines functionality, comfort, and practicality.
Originally designed for anglers, FREEKNOT products are now widely used for golf, camping, hiking, and many other outdoor activities. Every product is developed from the customer's perspective to provide comfort in changing weather conditions throughout the year.
Pet products (Pet's Republic) — Pet's Republic creates products that help pets and their owners enjoy a more comfortable life together. As pets have become important family members, expectations for quality continue to rise.
From design to sewing, Hayabusa manages the entire manufacturing process in-house for products such as pet apparel and beds. We also incorporate the functional fabrics developed through FREEKNOT to provide products with excellent comfort and durability for both pets and their owners.

Regional Revitalization (OPEN SPACE)
Hayabusa also operates OPEN SPACE, a regional revitalization project that transforms former school buildings into community gathering spaces. This initiative contributes to local communities by creating new places where people can connect, enjoy leisure activities, and revitalize the region.

For our pet apparel and beds, we handle every step of the process—from design to sewing—in-house to ensure exceptional quality. We also incorporate the high-performance fabrics developed for FREEKNOT products, providing pets with greater comfort, durability, and functionality.
OPEN SPACE – Former School Revitalization Project
OPEN SPACE is a leisure facility created by renovating the former Nakayokawa Elementary School.
Once a quiet, unused school after its closure, the gymnasium and school grounds have been transformed into a vibrant community destination. The project began with the vision of bringing people back together and creating a place filled with smiles once again.
Every visit offers new experiences and discoveries, providing visitors with memorable moments while contributing to the revitalization of the local community.
