ð¥ What Youâll Do
Year 1 â Learn & Build
ð Based in Fukuoka, Japan
- Join a core team to help expand existing businesses, mainly in Southeast Asia
- Gain experience in sales, marketing, project management, and business operations
- Develop practical skills in business development and social entrepreneurship
Year 2 and Beyond â Create & Lead
ð Plan and launch your own social business to solve issues in your home country (or a country you deeply care about)
- Conduct field research, identify root causes, and design a sustainable solution
- Develop your business plan with mentorship from Borderless Japan members
- Launch your business as part of the Borderless Group network and continue growing its impact

ð Eligibility
- International students graduating in March or September 2026 (or recent graduates with up to 5 yearsâ experience)
- Have lived in Japan for a total of 2+ years by your start date
- Business-level English (Japanese not required, but helpful)
- Able to work in Fukuoka, Japan in your first year
ð± Our Business
We operate 50 businesses in 14 countries. You will first gain experience in these ventures, with the ultimate goal of launching your own business as an entrepreneur in BORDERLESS Group.
1ïžâ£ LIB (Fair Trade)
We provide stable jobs for people facing poverty in Bangladesh. Through 20 leather goods stores in Japan, we turn ethical craftsmanship into a tool for social change.
2ïžâ£ Hachidori Electricity (Green Energy)
We combat climate change by providing 100% renewable energy. By donating 1% of every bill to social causes, we turn daily utility payments into a force for good.
3ïžâ£ AMOMA (Fair Trade)
We empower Myanmarâs farmers through direct trade and fair wages. Our organic herbal teas support both the financial independence of farmers and the wellness of mothers in Japan.
4ïžâ£ Anosupo AI (Digital)
We tackle statelessness in Malaysia by providing AI data annotation jobs. Stable income helps parents secure legal status, finally allowing their children to attend school.

- Position: Full-time (Business Development)
- Location: Tenjin Futata Building, 3-1-1 Tenjin, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka, Japan
- Salary: ¥300,000/month (includes 20 hours fixed overtime allowance)
