■ Who are we?

Borderless Japan exists to solve global social issues through business and to turn challenges into hope.

Since our founding in 2007, we have launched over 50 social businesses across 14 countries. To expand our “Social Impact” even further, we are looking for passionate individuals who genuinely want to change society for the better. We welcome international talents who want to take the initiative to tackle social issues in their own countries in a few years.

■ Where can you work?

You will initially be based at our headquarters in Fukuoka, Japan. In the future, we envision you working internationally, including in your home country, as you lead and expand our social business operations.

■ Who can apply?

We are currently accepting applications from students graduating in 2026 or 2027. We are offering full-time "Business Development" positions focused on launching and growing new social ventures.
