Currently, we operate over 50 social businesses across 14 countries. ■ Who are we? We are a community of people driven by the desire to make society better. Every member acts as a "Creator of Hope," thinking and acting with a strong sense of entrepreneurship. Despite differences in age, nationality, and background, we support one another in a highly collaborative culture characterized by mutual respect. ■ Where can you work? You will initially be based at our headquarters in Fukuoka. In the future, we envision you working internationally, including in your home country, as you lead and expand our social business operations. ■ Who can apply? We are currently accepting applications from students graduating in 2026 or 2027. LIB (Poverty Issue / Fair Trade Business)

This business provides stable employment opportunities to people in poverty or facing employment challenges in Bangladesh and other regions — including single mothers and people with disabilities.
LIB designs, produces, and sells high-quality leather bags, wallets, and card cases.
As of 2025, it operates around 20 directly managed stores across Japan. The brand has been renamed from Business Leather Factory to LIB (Life Is Borderless) to further emphasize ethical consumption and sustainability.
Through its people, materials, and products, LIB strives to create “craftsmanship that makes both makers and users proud,” turning the act of selling products into a business that changes society.

Hachidori Electricity (Environmental Challenges / Renewable Energy Business)

Hachidori Electricity provides 100% renewable energy (equivalent to zero CO₂ emissions).
With this service, the more electricity customers use, the more renewable power plants are developed — and 1% of each electricity bill is donated to social causes.
The initiative offers households and companies an everyday solution to major social issues like climate change and environmental degradation.
Unlike traditional environmental campaigns, this project is designed as a sustainable business model.

AMOMA Natural Care (Empowering Myanmar’s Farmers / Organic Herbal Tea)

AMOMA is a social business empowering small-scale farmers in Myanmar.
We cut out middlemen and trade directly with local farms. Instead of volatile market rates, we pay a “Farmer’s Price” based on actual living costs. This stability helps families escape debt and stay together.
We also promote pesticide-free agriculture to protect both health and the environment.
These 100% organic herbal teas support maternal health in Japan.
Our model creates a sustainable cycle of independence and wellness for everyone involved.

Anosupo AI (Stateless Problem / AI Data Business)

Anosupo AI provides high-quality annotation services with a mission to end statelessness.
In Malaysia, many Filipino children lack legal status and cannot attend school.
