Actively Recruiting International Talent for 2026!! Create social impact through business as a social entrepreneur.
ð¡ About Borderless Japan
Founded in 2007, Borderless Japan operates over 50 social businesses across 14 countries, tackling critical global issues such as poverty, climate change, discrimination, and educational inequality.
ð± Our model is simple but powerful:
1. Self-Sustaining Model: We build sustainable business models that generate both profit and social impactâwithout relying on donations.
2. Venture Builder Group: We launch social businesses from scratch (0 to 1) and scale them entirely in-house.
We believe that when business is used as a force for good, it can create a world where everyone can live with hope.
ð Why Weâre Hiring International Talent
We have driven social change through more than 50 businesses, but our current scale is not yet enough to bring true change to the world. That is why we are actively recruiting international students graduating by September 2026!
