Working Conditions
・Employment Type: Full-time employee (with a 2-month probation period; no changes to working conditions during this period) ・Work Style: Assigned to in-house development centers (contract-based) or client sites (on-site contract/dispatch-based) ・Work Location: Nationwide – 34 branches and offices, plus 11 development centers across Japan ・Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM) ・Actual working hours: 8 hours/day (may vary depending on the project) ・Holidays & Leave: Full 5-day workweek (Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays; Saturday work may be required during weeks with national holidays); Year-end/New Year holidays; Paid leave (with recommended summer days); Condolence leave; Special leave; Parental leave; Caregiving leave; Pre-employment leave (up to 3 days); Disaster leave (up to 5 times/year, max 5 days); Total annual holidays: 122 days ・Overtime: Average of 20 hours/month ・Insurance: Full social insurance coverage (health, welfare pension, employment, workers’ compensation, and long-term care)
Salary & Allowances
▪️ Starting Salary <Graduate School> Technical Position (PhD) Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 <Graduate School> Technical Position (Master’s) Monthly Salary: ¥235,000 <University> Technical Position (Bachelor’s) Monthly Salary: ¥230,000 ▪️ Salary Increase: Annual wage revision (once per year) ▪️ Bonus: Twice a year (may include a performance-based bonus) ▪️ Allowances: ・Commuting allowance (up to ¥150,000/month) ・Overtime allowance (fully paid) ・Position allowance ・Relocation allowance (for solo assignments) ・Telework allowance
