The student intern position is for proactive students who want to contribute to a fast-paced startup aiming to make Japan more global.
As an SNS / Community Intern, you will support:
- Creating content to inform international students about job-hunting
- Create content on SNS and emails to promote companies on JPort Match to 2028 grads
- Support the event planning and logistics of different campaigns we'll run to get more international students job offers for the 2028 grad shukatsu season
This role is ideal for a creative self-starter who understands the unique challenges international students face in Japan. Youâll gain hands-on experience in user growth and community engagement while making a real impact.
Main tasks
ã»Creating SNS banners and videos
ã»Acquisition of new student users
ã»Promotion of JPort and companies on JPort Match
ã»Planning online and offline events for JPort Community
ïŒBusiness level in EITHER English or Japanese is required for this position.

âApplication Requirementsâ
ã»Undergraduate or graduate students studying at a Japanese university
ã»Students who will graduate in September 2027 or later (1st and 2nd year students are most welcome)
ã»Able to work in Hatsudai office
ã»For those outside the Kanto area, remote work is possible but those who can come to the office will be prioritized.
ã»Able to work at least 12 hours per week
ã»Number of hires: 1â2 students
ã»No specific academic background requiredâjust a strong desire to learn!
ã»Language Skills: Business level in either Japanese or English
