As a Student Success Intern, you’ll work on increasing sign-ups from international students through creating social media posts, planning events, and developing relevant content. This role is ideal for a creative self-starter who understands the unique challenges international students face in Japan. You’ll gain hands-on experience in user growth and community engagement while making a real impact.

＊Business level in EITHER English or Japanese is required for this position.

Main tasks
・Acquisition of new student users
・Promotion of JPort and companies on JPort Match
・Planning online and offline events for JPort Community
・Creating SNS banners and videos

営業インターンとして、アポ獲得のために積極的にSNSや電話でアプローチをしたり、実際に商談への参加やカスタマーサクセス業務なども行います。スタートアップのため、細かく指示をしたりはしません。自ら考えてやってみたい人におすすめです。普段では話せない企業人事や企業の役職者の人とビジネスの場で実践経験を積める貴重な機会です！

・Undergraduate students studying at a Japanese university
・Students who will graduate in September 2025 or later (1st and 2nd year students are most welcome)
・For those in Kanto area, able to work in Nishi-Shinjuku office
・For those outside the Kanto area, remote work is possible
・Able to work 2–4 days per week
・Number of hires:1–2 students per position
・No specific academic background required—just a strong desire to learn!
