仕事の詳細
I genuinely want to "grow" since my student days.
As a CEO assistant, you will handle detailed and diverse tasks to enhance the efficiency of a busy CEO, including research necessary for fundraising and Excel work.
Additionally, you will actively approach potential leads through social media and engage in business negotiations and customer success activities.
Since this is a startup, detailed instructions will not be provided. This role is recommended for those who want to think independently and take initiative. There is a possibility to gain practical experience in a business setting with corporate HR and executives, whom you wouldn't typically have the opportunity to speak with.

OK: Even if you feel rejected, set aside emotions and think about the impact on the business
NG: Stop discussions because "I feel like I'm being blamed"
NG: Avoid presenting facts or numbers to protect one's position or pride
NG: Prioritize the atmosphere and refrain from making necessary business-related remarks
