Value #1 Business First
▶︎ Always prioritize "advancing the business" over emotions or positions. Focus on the important "things" for business growth!
・Meaning of this Value|Examples of OK & NG
OK: When numbers are not met, break down "where the bottleneck is" rather than "whose fault it is"
OK: In meetings, ask again, "What is the choice that advances the business the most right now?"
OK: Even if you feel denied, set aside emotions and think about the impact on the business
NG: Stopping the discussion because "I feel like I'm being blamed"
NG: Not presenting facts or numbers to protect one's position or pride
NG: Prioritizing the atmosphere and not making necessary points for the business
Value #2 Own the Outcome, Drive It Forward
▶︎ Prioritize "things" in business, take responsibility for results, and move forward. With the mindset of the ultimate decision-maker, let's proceed positively and swiftly!
・Meaning of this Value|Examples of OK & NG
OK: Move forward with your responsibilities without waiting for instructions until the end
OK: If you notice a problem, share it early and act with the next step in mind
OK: If there is a delay, immediately identify the situation, cause, and next actions
OK: Even if you fail, don't stop; move on to the next step immediately
NG: Knowing you should act but waiting for instructions
NG: Ignoring small delays, leading to bigger problems later
NG: Spending time finding causes or blaming yourself rather than moving forward
Value #3 User-Future Oriented (U.F.O.)
▶︎ Think one step ahead of the user. To exceed expectations, consider not only immediate matters but also think one step ahead!
- Meaning of this Value | Examples of OK & NG
OK: Consider "What would success look like for this person or company in 3 months or 1 year?"
OK: Envision and design not only for job hunting and recruitment but also for their success and life after joining
NG: Ending with "I did as I was told"
NG: Handling requests or complaints without considering the background, just processing them
