▪️ Job Description
You will be responsible for construction management mainly involving the planning and cost estimation of plant equipment maintenance, management, and construction projects.
Even if you have no prior experience, you can work with confidence, as experienced staff members will provide guidance and training.
【Main Responsibilities】
- Department assignment will be determined based on your preference and aptitude.
- Planning, design, and cost estimation for installation and removal work of tanks, steel structures, piping, and machinery
- Planning and cost estimation for air conditioning and refrigeration equipment inspection and maintenance work
- Planning and cost estimation for periodic maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment
▪️ Major Client
Toyobo Co., Ltd. – A major Japanese chemical manufacturer developing and producing products that support the medical and industrial sectors.
Most of the work will be conducted at Toyobo’s Iwakuni Plant.

- Enrolled in a university in Japan and scheduled to graduate by March 2026
* Applicants who have already graduated and hold a “Designated Activities” visa may also apply.
- Japanese proficiency: Business level (Guideline: JLPT N3 or higher)
[Employment Details]
⏰ Working Hours
8:00-17:00 (Actual working hours: 7 hours 45 minutes)
※ 75-minute break
※ Average of 20 hours of overtime per month
🌷 Holidays / Leave
113 days per year
Details: Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays
🧳 Work Location
Head Office: 3-28-25 Minami Iwakuni-cho, Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture
or
Toyo Bose Business Office: 1-1 Nada-cho, Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture (inside the plant)

💰 Salary
Monthly salary: ¥230,000
※ Overtime pay provided separately
■ Salary increase: Once a year
■ Bonuses: Twice a year
