🔧 Fabrication & Construction Department

[Main Responsibilities]
- Metal fabrication (tanks, frames, stairs, platforms, etc.)
- Manufacturing & installing transport and production equipment
- Repairing and modifying broken equipment

🧰 Thermal Insulation Department

This department handles hot and cold insulation work, which is essential for maintaining plant equipment temperatures and saving energy.
[Main Responsibilities]
- Thermal insulation for piping and equipment
- Asbestos inspection and removal
- Vibration and noise control construction

🛠 Equipment Maintenance Department

This department disassembles, inspects, and maintains client equipment to ensure it operates smoothly without any trouble.
[Main Responsibilities]
- Disassembly, inspection, and maintenance of machines (fans, pumps, valves, motors, etc.)
- Parts processing (lathe, milling, etc.) and welding
- Reinstalling and inspecting equipment after maintenance

❄ HVAC Management Department

This department maintains and manages air conditioning systems in factories and offices to regulate temperature, humidity, and air quality.
[Main Responsibilities]
- Inspection and maintenance of refrigerators and air conditioners
- Filter replacement
- HVAC design, construction, and replacement

Heavy Equipment Installation and Jig Manufacturing

🏗 Maintenance & Fabrication Department
A cross-functional team handling both "construction and maintenance," focusing on heavy equipment, piping, and custom tools.
[Main Responsibilities]

- Installing/removing heavy equipment using cranes and heavy machinery
- Proposing and manufacturing custom jigs (tools)
- Plant piping and metal fabrication

🔍 Facility Management Department

This department inspects, manages, and maintains active factory facilities, responding to any detected anomalies or repair requests.
[Main Responsibilities]
- Inspecting and repairing production facilities
- Managing power generation and utility equipment
- Managing and maintaining legally required facilities (e.g., firefighting equipment)
