■ Job Description:
— From Ideas to Products: A Development Role That Shapes Food Trends —
This role focuses on developing products made primarily with rice flour, such as bread and cookies. You will be involved in the entire process—from selecting ingredients and prototyping to working with manufacturing teams to establish mass production systems and ensuring product safety.
＜Key Responsibilities＞
・Develop new rice flour-based products such as bread and cookies (e.g. selecting ingredients, creating formulations, lab testing, setting manufacturing conditions, defining shelf life)
・Finalize target product quality through lab prototyping and lead the transition to mass production (e.g. technical parameters, cost design)
・Improve existing products by adjusting formulations or manufacturing processes to enhance yield and quality
・Conduct market research and analysis (e.g. competitor benchmarking, gathering technical information)
Collaborate with development teams and factories within the corporate group (e.g. scale-up prototyping, production process design, mass production launch)

Application Requirements
・Students currently enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027 (those with a "Designated Activities" visa for job hunting are also eligible to apply)
・Must hold Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2
・Open to all majors and academic backgrounds
Work Style
・Flexible working hours with a full flex-time system available
・Remote work available once a week
Salary & Benefits
■ Salary:
・Bachelor's degree: ¥229,100/month
・Master's degree: ¥239,000/month
・Bonus: Twice a year (July and December)
2024 actual bonus: equivalent to 4.85 months’ salary
