This role is part of the JPort Job Offer Campaign, with an accelerated process aiming to make offers by August 31. en world Japan connects global talent with foreign-affiliated and global Japanese companies. As we grow, we are looking for new graduates who want to become future core members in the global talent market. You will start as a Candidate Coordinator and aim to become a Recruitment Consultant within 1 - 1.5 years. Through training, OJT, and team support, you will learn recruitment, career consulting, business development, and market research.
Your work will include:
・Building networks with talented professionals
・Supporting candidates with career advice and job opportunities
・Partnering with companies to understand hiring needs
・Sharing market insights and supporting recruitment strategies

[Application Requirements]
- Currently enrolled in a university or graduate school and expected to graduate between April 2026 and March 2027
*Applicants residing outside Japan are welcome to apply.
- Advanced Japanese (approximately JLPT N2 or above)
- Advanced English
[Employment Details]
⏰Working Hours
◆ Standard Hours
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (flexible depending on business needs)
◆ Monthly Flexible Working Hours System
Employees may choose their own start and finish times as long as they complete their required monthly working hours. The minimum working time per day is two hours, subject to business needs.

💰Salary
Annual Salary: ¥3,900,000 (Monthly salary: ¥325,000)
This includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours per month (¥84,500). Additional overtime beyond this will be paid separately.
After promotion to Recruitment Consultant, employees receive:
