■ Position: Business Generalist
You will primarily handle one of the following: Sales / Customer Success / Career Advisor / BizDev. Your assignment will be determined through the selection process based on your aptitude and preferences.
① Sales
Proposing IT engineer recruitment services to Japanese companies
Hearing recruitment challenges, organizing issues, creating proposal materials

② Customer Success
Supporting existing companies to achieve recruitment success
Analyzing recruitment data, proposing improvements, supporting continued service use

③ Career Advisor
Meeting with candidates (primarily international talent) seeking employment or career change in Japan
Career consultation, job introductions, selection support

④ Business Development (BizDev)
Planning new services and new markets
Improving business workflows, designing operations

① LAPRAS (Career Platform for IT Engineers)
A service that analyzes engineers' SNS and output,
matching them with companies that fit their skills and preferences.

② LAPRAS Recruiting (Recruitment Service for Companies)
A recruitment support service that visualizes engineers' technical skills and experience,
enabling companies to meet "the talent they really should meet."
Over 1,000 companies have used this service.

③ LAPRAS Global Bridge (Japan Employment Support for International Talent)
A service for Korea-based talent seeking employment in Japan.
Since its launch in Japan in July 2025, over 100 people have already registered.

【Required Qualifications】
・Currently enrolled at a university in Japan and scheduled to graduate by March 2027
 ※Recent graduates with Designated Activities visa are also eligible
・Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 or higher)
・Ability to think and make decisions based on numbers and facts
・Ability to take initiative and drive work forward while making continuous improvements

【Preferred Qualifications】
・Business-level proficiency in English or Korean
 (Welcome those who can do either one or both)
