Job Title: Control Design Engineer
- Industrial machinery (specification, design, programming, and delivery of various control devices)
ð° Through a three-month group training program at the headquarters, employees will acquire foundational business skills and basic technical knowledge.
In addition, specialized knowledge and practical skills will be carefully supported through one-on-one OJT (On-the-Job Training) with senior employees.

- Students currently enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027
OR expected to graduate by March 2028
- Applicants with a Designated Activities visa are also welcome.

Standard Working Hours: 9:00 to 18:00 (8 hours of actual work)

- Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)

ãBasic Salaryã
Bachelor's degree: 235,000 yen
Master's degree: 242,200 yen
Estimated annual income for the first year: 3.8 million yen * including overtime allowance for 20 hours

Overtime allowance (100% payment for overtime worked on a minute-by-minute basis)
Commute allowance (up to 35,000 yen per month)
Housing allowance (30,000 yen per month)
ð Single dormitory available! Fully furnished with furniture and appliances, including utilities, for 30,000 yen per month!

Salary increase: Once a year
Bonus: Twice a year * Totaling 3.7 months' worth (based on the previous year's performance)
