[Job Description]
You will be responsible for software design and development for Electric Power Steering (EPS) systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements and create software specifications
- Develop and evaluate software based on those specifications, and deliver it to automotive manufacturers
- Carry out software quality assurance activities for mass production and ensure highly reliable quality
- Improve product quality and development efficiency through automation using CI/CD and various simulation technologies
- Provide technical explanations to automotive manufacturers and coordinate with factories, suppliers, and business partners while managing the design process

Application Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following conditions:
- Be enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027
(Previous graduates who hold a Specific Activities visa may also apply)
*Previous graduate: within 3 years of graduation/completion, limited to those with no full-time work experience
- Have advanced business-level Japanese proficiency (approx. JLPT N1)
- STEM major
Employment Conditions
⏰Working Hours
Maebashi Office: 8:00 AM – 4:55 PM
*Additional notes:
- Overtime work may be required
- Flextime is available for some positions after the probation period
- Remote work may be available depending on job requirements

💰Salary
Base Salary
PhD graduates: ¥291,700
Master’s graduates: ¥274,500
Bachelor’s graduates (including university graduates and advanced technical college graduates): ¥251,500
*Based on actual figures as of April 2025.

Salary Review / Bonus
Salary increase: Once a year (April)
Bonus: Twice a year (July and December)
