â About the Role
You'll join one of our stores and start by learning the basics of cooking and customer service. You'll then move into store management, building a full understanding of how a store operates. Through structured training and OJT, you'll progress from fundamentals to applied skills and grow into a hospitality professional.
You can take on a variety of roles as Head Chef, Store Manager, or OJT Trainer. Over three years of experience, you'll develop deep expertise and versatility to deliver service that bring many joy.

We're actively expanding our stores not just domestically, but internationally too. After joining the company, you'll first gain hands-on experience in Japan, learning Japan's unique omotenashi (hospitality) and store operations.

Requirements
Must-haves:
- Enrolled at a university in Japan, expected to graduate by March 2027 or March 2028
- Previous graduates holding a Designated Activities visa are also eligible
- Japanese: Business advanced level (approx. JLPT N2 or above)
You'll be expected to aim for JLPT N1 / BJT 480 by the time of your visa application
Nice-to-haves:
- Part-time work experience in the restaurant/food service industry
Working Conditions

9:00â23:00 | 8 actual working hours/day, shift-based (with breaks)
Example shifts: 9:00â18:30 · 12:00â21:30 · 10:00â20:00
Hours vary by store. No late-night shifts.
ð§³ Work Location
Domestic store placement (excluding franchise locations).
*Your preferences will generally be taken into account for your initial assignment.
ð° Salary
Base salary (university grad): ¥206,056
Fixed overtime allowance (35 hrs): ¥52,815
â Monthly total: Â¥258,871
Allowances: Position, child, and housing allowances (per company policy); commuting allowance (including bicycle commuting)
Raises: Once a year (September); additional revisions possible in March based on performance
Bonus: Twice a year (1.0 month/year, FY2023 actual â currently under review)
