Job Roles
â Sales Promotion
Visit partners to build relationships and promote credit services. You will also acquire new partners to expand Orico's network, proposing tailored solutions across various industries.
â Sales Administration
Manage administrative tasks for shopping credit and auto loans. You will conduct critical "Credit Screenings" and serve as Orico's front line, responding to daily inquiries from customers and businesses.
â Receivables Management
Handle payment operations and consult with customers to propose individualized payment plans. Collecting payments smoothly makes this role an essential foundation of our business.
â Headquarters Staff
Support branch operations from HQ. Roles include planning and promoting products (like auto loans and credit cards), plus managing finance, legal, IT systems, and corporate strategy.
(Note: Initial placement in Sales, Administration, or Receivables is decided after a 3-month branch training.)
New Employee Training Program
Acquire the foundational skills and business knowledge needed to thrive across Orico's business fields through our comprehensive training system.

Develop hands-on job skills under the direct guidance of a dedicated trainer at your assigned branch.

Learn diverse business knowledge through three core stages:
1) Initial Onboarding Training
2) Basic Professional Skills Enhancement Training

Weekends, public holidays, and Year-End/New Year holidays.
(Note: Some roles may require work during the holidays with substitute days off, or offer a 3-day weekend system with adjusted working hours from 9:20â18:55.)
