In 2015, we began expanding our auto loan business into the growing Southeast Asian market, starting with Thailand, followed by the Philippines and Indonesia. To Continue Contributing to the Resolution of Various Social Issues

Orico continues to take on the challenge of becoming a financial services group for a new era that creates value from the customer's perspective.

Orico's four challenges:

(1) Cultivate priority markets and explore new markets
Orico is strengthening its settlement and guarantee business and overseas business, both of which are growing markets. In particular, Orico will further expand its overseas business domain with bases in Thailand, the Philippines, and Indonesia.
We are also working to create new profit-earning opportunities through digital technology and open innovation.

(2) Establishment of market-in type sales
We are working to establish a market-in sales approach to provide financial services that meet the needs of member stores in a timely manner.
We will secure digital contacts with our current more than 11 million customers and strengthen our web promotions.

(3) Creation of new products and services through collaboration with different industries and cutting-edge companies
We are creating new customer experience value by digitizing credit cards to realize instant card issuance and introducing a negotiation system to complete auto loan applications online.

(4) Deepen process innovation
We are enhancing our web services for customers and merchants to improve customer convenience and our company's productivity.
We are also using digital technology to automate operations and reduce printing and mailing costs and CO2 emissions associated with the production and disposal of paper and plastic.
