ãJob Descriptionã
There are sales offices nationwide, covering a wide range of clients such as supermarkets, drugstores, home improvement stores, and rice stores.
The roles are divided into sales representatives and sales management. Sales representatives, supported by the marketing department and others, take pride in their products and engage in proactive sales activities daily.
The appeal of sales for both consumer products (BtoC) and business products (BtoB) lies in finding new sales channels, developing markets, and experiencing the effects of their own promotional plans.
Sales management also analyzes and supports sales activities, creating an environment where sales representatives can engage in more advanced sales activities.
Sales also hold the key to products. By directly understanding customer feedback, they constantly capture and share information such as "What are consumers looking for now?" and "What are the current trends?" which is then reflected in product development.
