[Job Description]
The development department conducts basic research, product development, and technology development. Basic research on nutritional value is conducted in collaboration with academia, and we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of edible barley research in Japan. In product development, we strive to consistently deliver deliciousness and quality to our customers, designing products for factory production and formulation to convey not only health but also taste and the joy of food. Simultaneously, we are also engaged in technology development, improving and establishing manufacturing processes in our own factories, working on establishing unique technologies and cost reduction.

ð Application Requirements
- Individuals enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by September 2026 or by March 2028
*Applicants who have already graduated and hold a Designated Activities visa are also eligible
- Japanese: Ability to engage in everyday conversation and business communication (Guideline JLPT level: N2 or above. N1 is not mandatory)
- Foreign language: Proficiency in English is a plus
- Preferred qualifications: Standard Class 1 driver's license (including plans to obtain it by the time of joining)

University Graduate: 229,900 yen
Postgraduate: 241,500 yen
