🔰 Training System & Talent Development
We are strengthening our training programs to help every employee unlock their full potential and grow.
We regularly review our training curriculum—not just for new hires or managers, but to tailor development to the individual. By understanding each employee's specific strengths and areas for improvement, we help them cultivate the skills best suited to their roles.
Our Approach:
- Skill Development: We actively support skill building through On-the-Job Training (OJT) and certification acquisition.
- Tiered Training: We provide specific education based on career level (hierarchical) and management training.
- One-on-One Support: Through regular meetings with supervisors, we identify personal strengths and weaknesses, clarify challenges, and create concrete action plans.
This process deepens the mutual understanding between employee and supervisor. We clearly define "what to improve" and "how to achieve it," ensuring solid support and follow-up even after formal training ends.
💡 Voices from Senior Employees in the Quality Assurance Department
① Please tell us about your current duties and what makes it rewarding.
I oversee Quality Assurance, mainly for automotive parts. My work covers the entire lifecycle—from preparation to mass production—including inspections, setting standards, and client support. It is a high-responsibility role requiring broad knowledge. I enjoy being involved in manufacturing from start to finish. The best feeling is seeing the products I managed actually being used in the real world.
② What has been good about doing this job?
My Science & Engineering major was in a totally different field, so I initially worried I lacked the right knowledge. However, thanks to my team's support, I now confidently manage quality control. I am still learning daily, but the work is fulfilling. I realized your university major doesn't dictate your success. What matters most is working hard—that is where you find true motivation.
