Sakabe Industries manufactures automotive, construction, and industrial machinery parts using advanced casting technology. Our strength lies in our integrated in-house production system, covering everything from material casting (pouring molten metal into molds) to final machining. We supply high-precision products to approximately 60 companies, including major listed firms. By leveraging our technical expertise, we provide essential components that support social infrastructure and industrial foundations.

Manufacturing and technical positions are primarily based at our factory in Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture.

You will be hired for a Technical Track position and assigned to Production Engineering or Quality Assurance.

Cast Iron & Ductile Cast Iron
Cast iron is an iron alloy containing over 2% carbon, known for its ease of processing. By adding silicon and magnesium to this base, we create "Ductile Cast Iron," which possesses strength comparable to steel. While ductile cast iron is typically difficult to mass-produce, our advanced manufacturing lines enable us to produce it efficiently in a short timeframe.

Mechanical Machining
Machining involves processing materials using cutting tools and machine tools. We utilize various types of machining centers to meet detailed customer requests, ranging from mass production to niche, low-volume items. By combining dedicated production lines with general-purpose machinery, we efficiently manufacture high-quality products.

Continuous Cast Iron Bar
A cast iron bar free from internal cavities or void defects. We produce these using horizontal continuous casting technology and know-how introduced from Technica-Guss (Germany). Manufactured under strict quality control, this is the most suitable cast iron material for component production.
