★Nextbeat's New Graduate Recruiting Features

For new graduates entering the company, we abolish the uniform starting salary system that had been in place, and we present offer amounts and positions according to each individual's abilities. The hiring timing, as well as the joining timing, is year-round. This allows those who wish to start working while still in university to do so. We aim to create an organization where employees who are committed to delivering results are evaluated as a matter of course, and we emphasize pure meritocracy regardless of age, gender, tenure, or background. The same stance is applied to our prospective hires.

(1) Offers and positions by ability. Based on the candidate's skills and value, we will present appropriate offer amounts and positions. In addition to research results and activity records from student days, if you participate in internships at our company after receiving an offer, those achievements will also be evaluated. For internship applicants, under the supervision of the executive officers, function heads, and business heads, you will handle tasks such as launching new businesses with duties not inferior to those of full-time employees. Depending on evaluation, at the time of joining, it may be possible to join as a leader or in a management position rather than as a member.

(2) In addition to year-round recruitment, year-round joining is possible. We have abolished the uniform April entry and conduct year-round recruitment. Autumn graduates can join smoothly. You can flexibly choose without being bound by the company's recruitment schedule. Already one person has joined before graduation this year.

(3) Mentoring program introduction. Nextbeat has grown rapidly to about 360 employees across 12 bases nationwide in 10 years since founding. There are many employees with diverse backgrounds, skills, and achievements, including those with experience in launching new businesses, large enterprises, mega ventures, foreign-affiliate consultants, and multinational backgrounds. After receiving an offer, you can receive mentoring from HR, and through HR you can receive mentoring from employees in other roles as well. We envision using this to brush up your mindset, stance, and actions before joining.
