Through these everyday stationery and office items, KOKUYO delivers ideas that make life more convenient—and make learning and working more enjoyable.

In this two-day program, participants can experience KOKUYO’s craftsmanship firsthand and take on the challenge of transforming their own ideas into reality. You will learn what goes on behind familiar products like Campus notebooks and pens while exploring the creativity and precision of Japanese manufacturing.

Session 1: Jan 14–15, 2026
Session 2: Jan 27–28, 2025

＊Not linked to new-grad hiring.
Compensation:
・No pay. Travel support for 100km+.
・Accommodation for distant participants.

DAY 1 | Learn KOKUYO’s Know-How and Start Shaping Ideas
You will first learn the key steps required for creating a new business.
Then, you will discuss ideas as a team while leveraging each member’s strengths. By seeing each other’s abilities firsthand, you will be able to motivate and elevate one another. Within a limited time frame, you will be required to prioritize tasks, act efficiently, and move the project forward in a structured way.
DAY 2 | Develop Your Business Concept and Present Your Results
You will deliver a final presentation summarizing the ideas you refined under time constraints. Through this presentation, you will gain new insights and perspectives. At the end of the program, you will reflect on your two-day experience from multiple angles, helping you deepen your self-understanding as well.
