While our business has primarily focused on the Japanese market until now, our next strategic growth phase involves a full-scale entry into the Taiwan market. To accurately capture local needs and drive this expansion forward, we are looking for new team members who can leverage their Taiwanese language skills to make a real impact!
■ Job Description
As a core member of the Taiwan expansion team, you will be responsible for:
・Market research and analysis of the Taiwan market
・Communication and coordination with Taiwanese clients and agencies
・Sales and partner development with local companies
・Business meetings and contract negotiations (using Taiwanese/Chinese)
・Sales administration, such as preparing quotes and handling orders
・Creating sales and proposal materials tailored for the local market
・Business trips to Taiwan approximately once a year (accompanying the CEO)
。Potential for future involvement in establishing a Taiwan branch or overseas assignment

【Requirements】
・Currently enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027
※ Graduates and mid-career applicants are also welcome to apply.
・Japanese: JLPT N3 or above
・Taiwanese: Native level

⏰ Working Hours
8:30 – 17:30 (1-hour break / 8 hours of actual work)
🧳 Work Location
Headquarters: 5-1 Hirokawa-cho, Nakagawa-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi
💰 Salary
Monthly Salary: ¥220,950 ~
Estimated Annual Salary: ¥3,100,000 – ¥3,300,000
■ Allowances
Commuting allowance (up to ¥30,000), perfect attendance, early morning, regional, business trip, and family allowances.
