[Sales]
Selling products to customers in Japan and overseas. After the sale, Sales works closely with Customer Support to provide a range of services. Another important responsibility is communicating customer requests and feedback to the Development and Marketing departments. Sales may work directly with customers or through authorized distributors.
[Sales Staff (Logistics & Promotion)]
Providing a wide range of support to the Sales teams, sales companies, distributors, and overseas subsidiaries. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies for new products and creating promotional materials. This role also involves coordinating diverse needs from Japan and overseas to help factories maintain efficient production.
[Marketing]
Working with relevant departments and sales companies in Japan and overseas to conduct market research and stay up to date on changing customer needs and market trends. Based on these insights, responsibilities include developing concepts for new models, planning sales strategies, organizing large-scale exhibitions, and supporting sales activities.

Supporting sound business operations by managing the company’s finances, creating a positive working environment through human resources and general affairs, and performing other corporate functions. These roles also help connect headquarters and branch offices, management and worksites, and domestic and international operations. - Currently enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027
- Japanese: Business advanced level (Benchmark: JLPT N2 or higher)

⏰ Working Hours
Tokyo Headquarters: 9:00 - 17:35
Hiroshima Headquarters: 8:00 - 16:50
Okubo Office: 8:25 - 17:00
Ogaki Office: 8:00 - 16:50
* Some changes depending on the department
* Flex-time system implemented (no core time)
🧳 Work Locations
Tokyo (Takanawa), Hiroshima (Itsukaichi), Hyogo (Okubo), Gifu (Ogaki), and other locations nationwide and overseas
💰 Salary
Basic Salary
・April 2026 Starting Salary
・Doctorate: Monthly salary 342,000 yen
・Master's: Monthly salary 326,000 yen
・Bachelor's & Technical College Graduates: Monthly salary 306,000 yen
Allowances
・Overtime allowance, commuting allowance, position allowance, etc.
Salary Increase: Once a year (April)
Bonus: Twice a year (June, December)
