📌 Job Details

💼 Employment Type: Full-time employee

💰 Base Salary: ¥250,050/month for university graduates (excluding overtime pay)
Including 20 hours of overtime allowance: approx. ¥289,130/month

💪 Salary Increase & Bonus:
・Salary raise: once a year (April)
・Bonus: twice a year (June, December)
※Subject to company performance

📩 Allowances:
・Common: overtime, holiday, and late-night work allowances
・Conditional: commuting, qualification, child, and position allowances

📍 Location:
Mishima City, Shizuoka Prefecture (Head Office) — No transfers
※ Construction management roles are assigned mainly to project sites in eastern Shizuoka

8:00–17:00 (60-minute break)
※Overtime may be required

🔰 Training System

≪New Employee Training≫
・OFF-JT (Off-the-Job Training): 3–4 weeks of external training focused on developing essential business skills for professionals.
・OJT (On-the-Job Training): About 5 months of practical training under the guidance of senior staff to learn the skills required for daily operations.

≪Level-Based Training≫
Training programs are provided according to each employee’s position and level within the company.
