💰 Salary, Raises & Bonuses
- Starting Monthly Salary (Undergraduate): 215,000¥
- Pay Raise: Once a year
- Bonus: Twice a year (August & December) + Special bonus depending on performance

⏰ Working Hours & Holidays
- Working Hours: 8:00 – 17:05 (Break time: 65 minutes).
- Annual Holidays: Approx. 120 days
Weekends (Sat/Sun), Golden Week, Summer vacation, New Year's holiday, congratulatory/condolence leave, childcare leave, etc.

※ Basically a 5-day work week (Sat/Sun off), but Saturday work may occur depending on business needs.

【OJT Training】
To support the growth of new employees, we have On-the-Job Training (OJT). You can learn practical skills and knowledge effectively by working on-site.

✅ New Employee Training
First, you will have training to learn Tsukada Riken's rules, management policy, and work regulations. In the "President's Training," the President himself will speak directly to new employees about the company's goals and vision.

✅ About the Training Period
The first 2 months after joining is the training period. During this time, you will rotate through all departments (spending about 2 weeks in each) to learn what each team does. This helps you understand the whole company flow.

✅ Deciding your Assignment
After finishing the rotation training, your department assignment will be decided. We look at your preferences, your aptitude for the work, and the opinions of leaders from each team to decide where you fit best. After assignment, senior staff and leaders will continue to support you.

Plating is not something you usually find in textbooks, so it is often hard to understand. The process is very complex, and it is difficult to see the exact chemical reactions. But that is exactly why it excites my curiosity. I feel that I have to use both my hands and my brain fully to find the answer. In this job, I have opportunities to propose technologies and processes to customers. It is so much fun when the process I planned works perfectly to get the result they wanted.
