In particular, maintenance engineers are very close to customers and directly respond to customer needs and problem solving, making the job very rewarding. IBK's boilers serve as essential infrastructure for customers that are most exposed to the general public (food factories, cleaning plants, universities, airport facilities, etc.). Through our customers, we can be involved in changing the game not only in our purposes as a boiler industry toward achieving carbon neutrality, but also in the society as a whole.

You will undertake two main roles: 1. After-sales maintenance of industrial package boilers (repair and periodic inspection) 2. Supervision of overall installation process of industrial package boilers Maintenance work is often performed at the customer's site. During this work, we communicate with the customer and take on the role of collecting information on any problems the customer may have. *A regular driver's license (AT is acceptable) is required as we will be driving to visit customers.
