【Job Description】
As an Overseas Sales Representative, you will lead international sales activities, primarily through on-site visits to overseas distributors and end users.
Your responsibilities will include both maintaining existing business relationships and expanding into new markets. Key duties include:
- Managing sales activities for distributors and end users (account management and new business development)
- Providing product explanations and technical guidance
- Planning and conducting seminars and training sessions
- Identifying customer needs and sharing market feedback with internal teams
- Promoting products and expanding market presence through strategic proposals and sales initiatives
Beyond sales execution, you will also play a key role in incorporating local market insights into product development and overall business strategy.

🌍 Career Path After Joining the Company
After joining the company, you will be assigned to the Overseas Business Department at the Tokyo headquarters, where you will gain experience in international trade operations, product knowledge, and overseas sales activities.
As a future career opportunity, there is a possibility of transferring to the company’s subsidiary in Indonesia, where you will be expected to take on a management-track role.

🎓 Requirements
・Bachelor’s degree from a university in Japan
・At least 3 years of professional experience at a company in Japan
・English proficiency: Business level (TOEIC score of 600 or above)
・Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or above

📍 Location: Tokyo
💰 Expected annual income: ¥4,000,000–¥6,000,000
💡 Allowances:

▪️ Bonus: Twice a year (July, December)
▪️ Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Scheduled working hours: 7 hours 30 minutes/day)
