The Schneider Graduate Program is the global next-generation business leader development program.
After joining Schneider Electric as a full-time employee, you will rotate through 3 departments for 8 months each during a 2 year period to experience various business units and jobs and create your own career with discretionary authority. Upon completion, you will be assigned to one of the departments and jobs in which you have experienced assignments, and you will be a candidate for Schneider's business leadership.
■ About the assignment
The Field Service Division is a business unit that focuses on service maintenance and expanding the installed base of Schneider products.
We aim to transform the Field Service Division into a consulting service that encompasses all of Schneider's businesses, not only the service for Secure Power products (currently the division's main focus). The goal is by focusing on digital solutions (sales, marketing, etc.), there is more added value to our clients.
Although this program requires a science background, you will be able to gain a wide range of experience not only in engineering but also in customer service. This is a great opportunity for you to become a business leader of Schneider Electric.
