Why don’t you take on the challenge of solving global-scale matters as a potential business leader? ■Overview The Schneider Graduate Program is designed to cultivate next-generation business leader of our global offices. Once you join us as a full-time employee, you will rotate through three departments for eight months each for two years to experience various business units, and create your own career path. Upon completion of the program, you will be assigned to one of the departments in which you have experienced before, and will be a candidate for Schneider's business leadership. ■About the division The candidates who are selected through this process will be assigned to the Human Machine Interface (HMI) Division, which is responsible for product development and evaluation of HMI (programmable displayers) and HMI software, which are key devices in automation. Within the HMI division, you will be able to experience different positions (development, engineering, sales, marketing, planning, etc.) on a rotational basis, which allows you to challenge yourself with different missions and roles. In addition, although the office is located in Japan, we have a very diverse working environment with international talents from all over the world, since the HMI division develops products for the global market. About the Selection Process

■Who we want Preference will be given to candidates who can join us in 2023. 2024 graduates are also welcome. Strong interest in Human Machine Interface is a must. Business level of English and Japanese language proficiencies are a plus. Strong desire to grow early on as a business leader, with ambition and humility. ■Qualifications Prospective university or graduate school graduates, or university or graduate school graduates (within 1 year). For international students, it is desirable to have obtained Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1. ■Screening Process 1. Resume submission (in Japanese & English) 2.
