This is a core position responsible for enhancing and advancing manufacturing efficiency, supporting the productivity and quality of manufacturing. Through improvements in equipment, processes, and systems, we achieve better manufacturing processes.
■ Main Responsibilities
- Promote automation and manpower reduction in manufacturing processes
- Improve and optimize manufacturing methods (quality improvement and cost reduction)
- Build and improve production management systems
- Maintenance, improvement, and troubleshooting of equipment

【Application Requirements】
- Individuals currently enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027 or March 2028
* Graduates with a specific activity visa are also eligible to apply
- Japanese: Business advanced level (Benchmark: JLPT N2 or above)

⏰ Working Hours
8:30-17:10
※ 60-minute break
※ Flextime system available (no core time)
※ Remote work system available (up to 2 times a week)

Hayatsuki Plant (Namerikawa City, Toyama Prefecture)

🌷 Holidays
◆ Annual holidays: 121 days
(Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year, summer, and company foundation day)

Bereavement, special, childcare, and nursing care leave, annual paid leave (11 days in the first year, 16 days in the 2nd-4th year, 18 days in the 5th year, 20 days from the 6th year onwards, with the ability to accumulate up to 3 years)
💰 Salary
＜Base Salary＞
University graduate: 244,500 yen
Master's degree: 265,800 yen
Doctorate: 287,100 yen
＜Allowances＞
Overtime allowance, holiday work allowance, child support allowance, full commuting expenses, etc.
Salary increase: Once a year (April)
Bonus: Twice a year (July, December)
＜Estimated Annual Income (including bonuses)＞
A stable level is ensured based on the starting salary.
・Bachelor's degree: Approximately 4.1 million yen
・Master's degree: Approximately 4.3 million yen
・Doctorate: Approximately 4.7 million yen
※ Including about 20 hours of overtime per month,
Bachelor's: Approximately 4.4 million yen / Master's: Approximately 4.6 million yen / Doctorate: Approximately 5 million yen
