[Main Job Responsibilities]
Work as a domestic sales, international sales, or technical sales representative while strategizing in a small team.
■ Domestic Sales
Focus on existing customers (manufacturers, trading companies, etc.) to propose products and build relationships. Propose optimal materials and specifications by collaborating with internal R&D and manufacturing departments according to customer product development and challenges.
■ International Sales
Responsible for regions such as China, Southeast Asia, and the United States, promoting business while collaborating with local customers and group companies. Engage globally through emails, online meetings, and overseas business trips.
■ Technical Sales
Utilize scientific knowledge to propose optimal materials and processing methods for customer technical challenges. Involve in projects from the development stage and accompany them through to commercialization.

【Application Requirements】
- Individuals enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027 or by March 2028
* Those who have already graduated and obtained a specific activity visa are also eligible to apply
- Japanese: Business advanced level (Benchmark: JLPT N2 or above)

9:00-17:40
※ 60-minute break
※ Flextime system available (no core time)

◆ Annual holidays: 121 days
(Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, summer, and company foundation day)

Bereavement, special, childcare, and nursing care leave, annual paid leave (11 days in the first year, 16 days in the 2nd to 4th years, 18 days in the 5th year, 20 days from the 6th year onward, with the ability to accumulate up to 3 years)
💰 Salary
＜Base Salary＞
University graduate: 244,500 yen
Master's graduate: 265,800 yen
Doctoral graduate: 287,100 yen
＜Allowances＞
Overtime allowance, holiday work allowance, child support allowance, full commuting expenses, etc.
Salary increase: Once a year (April)
Bonus: Twice a year (July, December)
＜Estimated Annual Income (including bonuses)＞
A stable level is secured based on the starting salary.
- Bachelor's degree: Approximately 4.1 million yen
- Master's degree: Approximately 4.3 million yen
- Doctorate: Approximately 4.7 million yen
※ If including about 20 hours of overtime per month,
Bachelor's: Approximately 4.4 million yen / Master's: Approximately 4.6 million yen / Doctorate: Approximately 5 million yen
