In 2017, the research bases that were previously dispersed across four locations in Japan were consolidated, and the "Research and Development Center" was completed within the Hayatsuki Plant (Namerikawa City, Toyama Prefecture). Within a well-equipped research environment, the Functional Materials Group and the Film & Sheet Group focus on core technologies, deepening their research and technology, while each team collaborates to achieve technological integration, actively engaging in new product development.

[Job Description]
⏰ Working Hours
8:30-17:10
※ 60-minute break
※ Flextime system available (no core time)
※ Remote work system available (up to 2 times a week)

🌷 Holidays
◆ Annual holidays: 121 days
(Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year, summer, and foundation day)

Bereavement, special, childcare, and nursing care leave, annual paid leave (11 days in the first year, 16 days in the 2nd-4th year, 18 days in the 5th year, 20 days from the 6th year onward, with the ability to accumulate and retain up to 3 years)
💰 Salary
<Base Salary>
University graduate: 244,500 yen
Master's degree: 265,800 yen
Doctorate: 287,100 yen
<Allowances>
Overtime pay, holiday work allowance, child support allowance, full commuting expenses, etc.
Salary increase: Once a year (April)
Bonus: Twice a year (July, December)
<Estimated Annual Income (including bonuses)>
A stable level is secured based on the starting salary.
・Bachelor's degree: Approximately 4.1 million yen
・Master's degree: Approximately 4.3 million yen
・Doctorate: Approximately 4.7 million yen
※ Including about 20 hours of overtime per month,
