Engineer position in the Automation Equipment Department
仕事内容
① Handling unexpected troubles that occur in the manufacturing site. (Maintenance work)
② Creation of new equipment due to orders for new products, increased production volume, and improvement of production process capabilities. (New project creation work)
③ Response to improvements in the manufacturing site (labor-saving, capability enhancement, performance stability, cost reduction, 5S). (Improvement work)
You will be responsible for the design, improvement, and technical support of products and processes.
- Liaison work for the above three items. (Various negotiations with external automation)
- Conceptual design work to summarize and establish the specifications of the products.
- Estimation work to summarize the cost of products, labor, procurement items, etc.
- Mechanical design work.
- Electrical design work. (Hardware and software aspects)
- Procurement of materials such as processed goods and purchased items.
- Acceptance and inspection work of the above materials.
- Assembly work.
- Work such as electrical wiring and control panel production.
- Operation verification work such as control programming, adjustment, and debugging.
- Finishing work to adjust to a state that does not differ from the production specifications.
- Internal inspection work related to products and countermeasures.
- On-site work responsible for transportation, installation, and restoration at the site (on location).
- Final confirmation (finishing work against production specifications) at the site (customer location).
- Creation of completion documents for delivered items (including work). (Manuals, consumables, handling instructions)
- Acceptance processing work.
Major clients:
We deliver equipment and products to major domestic and international manufacturers such as EPSON, Canon, Bosch, Olympus, THK, and SMC.

【Application Requirements】
- Individuals enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027 or by September 2028
* Those who have already graduated and hold a specific activity visa are also eligible to apply
- Japanese: Business advanced level (Benchmark: JLPT N3 or higher)

Head Office (4-1-55 Hieda-cho, Takahama City, Aichi Prefecture) or Handa Factory (2-169 Sunosaki-cho, Handa City, Aichi Prefecture)

💰 Salary
University Graduate: ¥220,000
Master's Graduate: ¥230,000
Full overtime pay and commuting allowance (according to company regulations) provided separately
Salary Increase: Opportunity for annual raise based on performance evaluation
Bonus: Twice a year (July and December)
