Maintenance and operation management of buildings, electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, and compressed air. Through inspection, maintenance, and improvement activities of equipment, we promote the maintenance of a stable production system and energy conservation.
- Daily inspection and maintenance management of high-voltage power receiving and transforming equipment
- Safety management of electrical equipment in the factory and compliance with laws and regulations
- Analysis of power consumption and planning of energy-saving measures
- Creation of equipment renewal plans and negotiation with contractors
- Equipment management tasks aimed at stable operation of the entire factory
- General affairs tasks such as replacing lighting fixtures
We handle a wide range of tasks from daily inspection work and changing light bulbs to coordinating renewal construction. Holders of the Class 3 Chief Electrical Engineer qualification are welcome! Those who have not yet obtained it are encouraged to aim for acquisition in the future. The company supports learning and taking exams for qualification acquisition. This is an environment where you can grow as a specialist in equipment maintenance.

We supply equipment and products to major domestic and international manufacturers such as EPSON, Canon, Bosch, Olympus, THK, and SMC.

【Application Requirements】
- Individuals enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027 or March 2028
* Graduates with a specific activity visa are also eligible to apply
- Japanese: Business advanced level (Benchmark: JLPT N3 or above)

💰 Salary
University Graduate: 220,000 yen
Master's Graduate: 230,000 yen
Full overtime pay and commuting allowance (according to company regulations) provided separately
Salary Increase: Opportunity for annual raise based on performance evaluation
Bonus: Twice a year (July and December)
