SRS Corporation■ General Administrative Position (Head Office Management Department)
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from internal IT support and DX (digital transformation) promotion to supporting foreign employees.
<Main Responsibilities>
• Assist internal system administrators (basic PC operations and IT-related tasks)
• Handle internal inquiries (help desk support)
• Promoting DX and paperless initiatives (IT knowledge can be acquired after joining the company)
• Interpretation and support for technical intern trainees (primarily supporting around 20 employees from Vietnam)
• Supporting various arrangements and handover tasks

💰 Salary
Base salary: 238,760 yen (for university graduates)
Bonuses: Twice a year (June & December)
*FY2024 performance: equivalent to 3.5 months’ salary
Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, regional allowance, extra pay for holidays, as per company regulations: regional allowance, commuting allowance (public transportation: up to 40,000 yen/month, car commute: up to 25,000 yen/month), position allowance, transfer allowance, business trip allowance, etc.
