This role involves proposing optimal solutions to corporate clients through construction equipment rental services.
While the primary focus is on maintaining relationships with existing clients, we are also strengthening efforts to acquire new customers.
We are looking for individuals who can play an active role as part of a team driving new business development ✨
• Regular visits to existing clients and identification of their needs and challenges
• New customer acquisition (working as a team with young employees)
• Coordination of machine arrangements, delivery, and returns
• Sales and negotiations using English (related to new business with major general contractors)
• Sales activities aimed at achieving team targets
💪 Team composition: Work with two junior senior employees to develop new clients together!
🚀 New Business Launch: Engage in sales and negotiations in English (major general contractors, etc.)

💰 Salary
Base salary: 238,760 yen (for university graduates)
Bonuses: Twice a year (June & December)
*FY2024 performance: equivalent to 3.5 months’ salary
Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, regional allowance, extra pay for holidays, as per company regulations: regional allowance, commuting allowance (public transportation: up to 40,000 yen/month, car commute: up to 25,000 yen/month), position allowance, transfer allowance, business trip allowance, etc.
