[Background]
This position is part of the Job Offer Campaign, a special recruitment initiative limited to the first 40 participating companies. Through this special hiring track, we aim to strengthen engagement with students and streamline the selection process, with the goal of extending job offers by August 31.
[Job Description]
Success Partner (SP)
As a Success Partner, you will support the growth and success of students enrolled at One Coin English. In this advisory role, you will conduct enrollment consultations, help students choose the most suitable learning plans, and serve as a trusted partner throughout their English-learning journey.

[Requirements]
・Must be enrolled at a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027
Including graduates with a Designated Activities visa
・Japanese level: JLPT N2 or above; English: intermediate to upper-intermediate level
[Job Details]
⏰ Working Hours
8 hrs/day (7 hrs on Sundays, incl. 1-hr break)
School: Mon–Fri 13:00–22:00 / Sat 10:00–19:00 / Sun 10:00–18:00 (shift, 2 days off/week, public holidays off)
HQ: Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00 (weekends & public holidays off)
🧳 Location
Tokyo & Yokohama schools or HQ (assigned after training based on preference & suitability)
💰 Salary
Bachelor's degree: From ¥240,000/month (includes 25 hrs fixed overtime; extra paid separately)

2 days off/week, Summer (5 days), Year-end/New Year (5 days), Paid leave, Maternity/Paternity leave, Childcare leave, Caregiver leave, Bereavement leave
