[Success Partner (SP)]
As a Success Partner (SP), you will help students at One Coin English, our English conversation school, or The Japan School, our Japanese language school, achieve their learning goals and create meaningful success experiences. Your responsibilities include conducting enrollment consultations, recommending personalized learning plans, and providing ongoing support throughout each student's learning journey.

[Requirements]
・Must be enrolled at a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027
Including graduates with a Designated Activities visa
・Japanese level: JLPT N2 or above; English: intermediate to upper-intermediate level
[Job Details]
⏰ Working Hours
8 hrs/day (7 hrs on Sundays, incl. 1-hr break)
One Coin English:
Mon–Fri 13:00–22:00 / Sat 10:00–19:00 / Sun 10:00–18:00
(shift, 2 days off/week, public holidays off)
The Japan School:
Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00
(weekends & public holidays off)
HQ:
Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00
(weekends & public holidays off)
🧳 Location
Tokyo & Yokohama schools or HQ (assigned after training based on preference & suitability)
💰 Salary
Bachelor's degree: From ¥240,000/month (includes 25 hrs fixed overtime; extra paid separately)
🌷 Holidays
2 days off/week, Summer (5 days), Year-end/New Year (5 days), Paid leave, Maternity/Paternity leave, Childcare leave, Caregiver leave, Bereavement leave
