You will be responsible for tasks that support on-site quality and stable operations, such as quality control, production management, equipment troubleshooting, and improvement activities in the manufacturing process.
[Yokone Factory Manufacturing Quality Control Tasks]
- Overall quality control and quality assurance tasks for mass-produced products in the manufacturing site (management of chemical liquids and jigs)
- Checking for abnormalities in products during manufacturing line troubles
- Checking the quality and finish of products in the manufacturing process (standard checks for mass-produced products)
- Routine inspections of the manufacturing process (regular patrols in the morning and afternoon, spot checks)
- Confirmation and initial response to sudden abnormalities on the manufacturing line
- Handling defects (investigation of causes, planning countermeasures, customer explanations) and devising measures to prevent recurrence when defects occur
- Trial of plating conditions and creation of new plating conditions
- Planning and requesting the creation of plating jigs
- Maintenance of kanban and daily production management based on the plating production plan and monthly schedule
- Liquid analysis and measurement (film thickness measurement, images, calipers) and confirmation of defects that occurred unexpectedly
- Feedback to pre- and post-manufacturing processes (molding, inspection)
- On-site presence and coordination with related departments as necessary
- Personnel allocation, training, and guidance of team members, and on-site safety and quality management
- Maintenance, inspection, and repair scheduling for the manufacturing line
- On-site assistance
- Management tasks will be gradually assigned once you have a deeper understanding of the site.

- Individuals enrolled in a university in Japan and expected to graduate by March 2027
* Graduates with a specific activity visa are also eligible to apply
- Japanese: Advanced level (Benchmark: JLPT N2 or above)

💰 Salary
Monthly salary: ¥195,000 ～ ¥200,000 (※ Estimated annual income: ¥3,100,000 ～ ¥3,180,000)

Length of trial period: 2 months
Employment type and salary are the same as at the time of official employment.
